Flexible rate bookings
You may cancel your booking with no penalty, provided you cancel prior to 4pm on the day prior to the arrival day. In the event of late cancellation or ‘no show’ we will apply charges for the first night of any stay. This may include charges for any meals or extra items booked and confirmed and due to be taken or provided on the first night of the stay.
You cannot cancel a prepaid booking and have it refunded. We will permit name changes and in certain circumstances we will permit date changes (subject to room and rate availability). In the event of cancellation of a prepaid booking we retain all charges and reserve the right to re-sell the room booked.
In all cases where a guest fails to arrive for the first night of a booking, we reserve the right to re-sell the room, irrespective of how many nights are booked and whether or not prepayment has been made.
